During the program, prominent religious scholar and BNP convener Kazi Md. Selim Reza conducted special prayers for Khaleda Zia, Tarique Rahman, and other members of the party and their families. The ceremony highlighted the party’s emphasis on unity, reverence for its leadership, and spiritual reflection on the occasion of the chairperson’s birthday.

Party leaders emphasized the significance of commemorating the chairperson’s birthday not only as a personal milestone but also as a symbol of the party’s resilience and dedication to its political mission.
By bringing together top leadership, religious scholars, and grassroots members, the BNP sought to reinforce the party’s cohesion and demonstrate respect for its founding figures. Tarique Rahman’s virtual participation as chief guest highlighted the modern integration of technology into party activities, allowing leadership from abroad to remain connected with local organizational events.
The gathering was marked by a sense of solemnity and devotion, combining political camaraderie with religious observance.
