The United States Embassy in Dhaka is set to implement a new visa processing system starting from February 8. The announcement was made on Monday, February 3, via an official statement from the embassy.
The embassy has informed that the visa services on its designated website will be temporarily suspended from February 5 to 7, in preparation for the new system's launch. However, starting February 8, visa services will resume on the website with the new process in place.
The embassy also clarified that applicants with scheduled interviews between February 5 and 7 should still appear at their designated times. Additionally, non-immigrant visa appointment slots will be released starting February 4. Every Tuesday at 3:30 PM, applicants will be able to access new slots for non-immigrant visa appointments.
