On Thursday afternoon, Md. Mahfuz Alam, the newly appointed advisor to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, urged the ministry to complete its ongoing activities as quickly as possible. He also called for the implementation of specific plans to enhance the quality of the ministry's work, urging officials across the ministry and its departments to take necessary actions.
Speaking at a meeting held in the ministry’s conference room, Mahfuz Alam emphasized the importance of collaboration from all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the ministry’s activities. He highlighted the need to seize any available opportunities and complete ongoing projects without delay.
The meeting began with a welcome address by the Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Mahbuba Farzana. Following this, Additional Secretary Farah Shammi presented an overview of the ministry and its various departments and organizations.
Before the meeting, Mahfuz Alam was welcomed with flowers by Secretary Mahbuba Farzana, marking the beginning of his advisory role in the ministry.
