The results of the MBBS first-year admission test for the 2024-25 academic session in government and private medical colleges have been published. Sushobhan Bachar secured the top position with the highest score of 90.75 marks.
The Directorate General of Medical Education (DGME) announced the results on Sunday, January 19, at 4 PM. Sushobhan Bachar, a student of Khulna Model School and College, achieved the top rank among all candidates in this year's admission test.
The MBBS admission test for the 2024-25 academic session was held on Friday, January 17, from 10 AM to 11 AM. The exam was conducted across multiple venues at 19 centers nationwide. This year, a total of 135,261 applications were submitted for the admission test. The combined total seats available in medical colleges, including quota allocations, is 5,380. This means that, on average, 25 students competed for each seat in this year’s examination.
