Renowned entrepreneur Robaiyat Fatima Tonni has announced the tragic passing of her husband, Shahadat Hossain, who was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Bangkok. Tonni confirmed the news through a heartfelt post on her social media account.
On Wednesday, January 15, Tonni shared her grief on Facebook, writing, "He is no more. At 3:03 AM Bangkok time, he left me forever."
A few months ago, Shahadat Hossain had fallen seriously ill. As his condition worsened, he was transferred to Bangkok for advanced treatment. In a previous post, Tonni had described the dire circumstances and her unwavering efforts to save her husband. She wrote, “I am going through the toughest time of my life. I cannot bear the thought of losing him. Despite knowing the uncertainty, I brought him from Singapore to Bangladesh by air ambulance and then to Bangkok, hoping for Allah’s special mercy. I have done everything within my power; the rest is in Allah’s hands.”
Tonni’s poignant message reflects the depth of her sorrow and the challenges she endured during her husband’s illness. The news of his passing has left her devastated, and she expressed her profound loss through her words.
